I completed my consultation process and submitted photos months in advance. Based on that review, I was approved to move forward and scheduled surgery at the Dallas location.

At my pre-op appointment after being prepped with an IV I was informed that I would need an additional procedure that would have doubled the overall cost. This was never communicated during the initial review process
