Doctor Cancelled Surgery And Will Not Refund Money.

Unique Aesthetic Center is a not giving my refund. I'm an out of towner. I don't live in Miami. I began my surgery experience with this office. I am paid my money $9,000 on October 12th. Unique Aesthetic Center sent me emails to get my pre-op blood work. My doctor gave me the ok to do the surgery. I submitted my lab work and waited 4 days to hear from the surgeon. After not hearing from them I called them. The pre op department told me that the surgeon cancelled surgery. I asked why and they said they could not discuss it with me. I thought that was weird. Then I asked for a refund. They said they could only give me 8,000 back, and that they were keeping a 1,000 for processing. Completely *RS Bleep*, and it would take 35 days. I did a dispute with my bank. Now Unique Aesthetic Center is not giving my money back. They refuse to accept any dispute cancellation letter from me and only from bank. My bank fax it to them. They say they didn't receive it for two days. When my bank send over the letter Unique Aesthetic Center says they didn't receive it. It's been 2 months since they took my money and now they refuse to give it back. They give instructions to fax the information. Then they say they didn't receive it. Then they change what documents they are asking for. Then they say billing isnt available to talk. It is impossible to speak to anyone else except the receptionist. I called the police and I am working with my attorney to recover damages. Shady business. To everyone reading this Unique Aesthetic Center will cancel your surgery and steal your money. BEWARE!!!
