Office review: Do not waste your time or money

BE AWARE BEFORE YOU DROP YOUR DEPOSIT!

Ladies I traveled all the way from California just to get there and undercover find out they overbooked appts AND couldn’t see me. My surgery was suppose to be on a Monday so I did pre op Saturday I did a drug and urine pregnancy test both passed with flying colors , Come Monday they gave me a drug test and after me waiting in the back undressed and waiting to speak to DR Harry a lady come in and says the anesthesiologist says your pregnancy test came back positive which I knew was a lie As well as the blood test that I demanded (knowing there was no way I was pregnant), which they made me pay for. The same pregnancy test that came back negative 72 hours before, and the same pregnancy test that came back twice negatively at another facility 24 hours later (that I had to find after they told me they couldn’t see me). 

Please note this was on surgery day, 7 girls scheduled when there should have only been 4, I saw the charts. For hours I asked to see proof of this test in which the attendant kept saying I called down as a courtesy for you we don’t have it here in writing yet aren’t you ready to go. You can get it later. AND to THIS DAY they have never let me see it, still tell me they are going to email it... ALL this because they overbooked and they want to still keep your money by having people forfeit their deposits mind you they make you pay in full before you come to surgery. 

Luckily I found another dr who rearranged their schedule and fit me in the next day. He was such and upgrade (Dr Nees) I’m still fighting using all my paperwork to get my money back from this facility. But this experience was horrific! Their work may look great.. if you can even get it done... Save yourself the headache and stress and go elsewhere! Not to mention I seen two other girls get canceled the same day if he was overbooked and or running behind they should have just said that.
