UPDATE!
WORTH IT$4,250
the first two photos are pre op, the 3rd is 17 days post op and the final photo is almost 4 months post op! Still compressing and beginning to eat cleaner and work out more consistently. Looking back at my befores there is a DRASTIC change in my body. I still would have preferred more projection and I am looking into a Round 2 w/ tummy tuck, lipo, bbl and breasts next. Im not sure if Ill use Mallol again or not, but Ill definitely be choosing a different recovery house. Almost everything still leaves an imprint on me and do have a very small "C section shelf" however Mallol let me know that would remain without a tummy tuck. No complications post op so far, and praying it stays that way.

At Your Own Discretion
LONG REVIEW ALERT: (I am only going to touch on key pieces of my experience)
I had surgery with Dr. Mallol on December 28th of 2018; for this surgery I had a BBL, 360 liposuction & lipo to my arms and I stayed at Princess Recovery House. When I met Dr. Mallol he made it clear to me that if I did not get a tummy tuck he would not be able to remove ANY of my stretch marks and the "shelf" left by my C-section + the excess skin left via my weight loss would MINIMALLY remain; I was okay with proceeding with what I came for.
Almost NO ONE speaks English! Dr. Mallol, his assistant Jasmine, 1 masseuse, the manager of the recovery house and maybe 2 aids speak some english but everyone else you will encounter will speak 100% Spanish.
I had surgery the same day as 3 other girls. We all arrived at the same time. I was specific to ask if we would be having surgery at the same time because I have heard rumors that Mallol does not do his own work, and I was reassured that we would not be at the same time.
I woke up during my surgery, didnt feel any pain, but I did throw up. (I also threw up when I had my son so I believe this is a reaction I have to epidural medicine). You will be put to sleep via IV meds FIRST, then you will be given an epidural. The other two girls that had surgery with me also woke up during their procedures. I came out of surgery at 11 AM, as far as I know 1 other girl came out at 1 PM and the other 3 PM (idk about the last one).
The hospital stay is VERY VERY uncomfortable. None of the nurses there speak English. In my opinion, an overnight nurse is a waste. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the equipment is RIDICULOUSLY outdated. The nurses will not let you eat or drink, you have to REMIND them how long it has been since you came out of surgery and basically FORCE them to give you water and/or food. I had a blood transfusion and I was told I could eat/drink when it was done, it was done and had been HOURS since surgery and the nurses STILL would not give me any food until WELL after (over 8 hours). You will be given clear liquids and then advanced as tolerated, however you will not get any REAL food until you leave the clinic.
My IV was misplaced, and my hand was extremely swollen, the nurse STILL tried to push meds through that same IV. I had to FORCE her to place a new IV.
The nurses at the clinic do not give you a call button, and if you need someone do not expect to be attended to anytime soon.
Dr. Mallol came to visit at the recovery house ONCE and reinstated that I needed massages DAILY, my package came with 5 massages. .I only received 3 and I never got any money back for the 2 I did not receive. The massages were [RS bleep] poor, absolutely painfully pointless. The child they have doing the massages was only 19. . .and I felt absolutely no different after either two he did, not to mention he lied and said he gave more massages than he actually did.
My drain was backed up frequently and I was consistently told it was "normal". No one took any initiative to fix my drain and when it came time to leave, Mallol suggested I leave with it. I refused. In the US most doctors will not even TOUCH those drains unless they are infected because they are unfamiliar with them, not to mention I had NO IDEA how to unclog the drain back home so I felt leaving with it was pointless.
There is an older short woman who does not speak English but is always at the Recovery House, she gave me my third massage after my drain was removed and pushed out A LOT of fluid that had been backed up in me (which confirmed my drain was indeed clogged). If I had to go back in time and knew how well she did massages I would have had her do all 5 of mine and more than likely would have gotten them all, she was AMAZING.
The food at the recovery house was hit or miss, but MAJORITY of the nurses were GREAT and nice and the place was kept clean.
BRING YOUR OWN PAIN MEDICINE! The medicine they give you is equivalent to Aleeve or Tylenol and will do NOTHING for your pain or sleep. If I could go back in time, I would have met with MY doctor and gotten perscribed Percocet or Dilaudid to help me sleep at night.
Overall I am content with my results so far, I am only 14 days PO so I still have quite a bit of swelling and discomfort and my bottom has yet to "fluff" so I feel posting pictures at this time would be unrealistic for results, however to keep the review as raw as possible I felt the need to do it in a time sensitive manner.

Glad for the information. Hope you are healing well and you are getting the results you paid for
Thank you for the honesty x
I’m. Very sorry that you had to experience this negativity when you are try to create positive energy!!!
I have received my quote from the doctor and was really excited about it but........ something kept telling me to slow down.
All his reviews seem great but lately the bad are starting to pure in and I’m changing my mind! I’ve seen a YouTube video of a girl that discuss her experience plus her result at 10 months.
Guess I must move on and research a new doctor.
Good luck and look forward to seeing your progress.
Dear! First of all, I am sorry to hear and learn of your 'not-so-good' experiences and, WHAT "C" section shelf are you talking about? I called NASA for them to loan me the tele/magna/whuteva scopes they use so I could try to find it :-) You look GREAT girl! :-)
Thanks hun!
So do you know for sure if he is the one who operates? Also, I’m glad you had a great experience but didn’t he spend time with you prior to surgery to mark and spend time discussing your care with you? How’s the lipo in your arms?
No I am not for sure if he did or didn't. There was 4 of us who had surgery that day. I know he marked me up and all that but I was sedated during the procedure and completely out of it when I woke up during so no Im not sure. The lipo to my arms was a waste but it was free due to a special I caught last year. He wanted to do my thighs, I refused.
