Disappointed. I've been shaped very unnaturally

I got a bbl done wanting to feel better but in reality after almost $10k I feel worst. I've been shaped very unnaturally almost like a box instead of the coke bottle shape I desired. The projection was definitely achieved if you see from the side but the frontal view is very weird. I have been given these two lumps of fat above each side of my butt cheeks that make my shape very unnatural. I have literally have to edit them out of ever pic. Along with permanent black spots left on my stomach from lipo that I have to lie about every time someone ask me. I'm very light skin so it looks like Ive been burned. I also have a sever indent from lipo done to my thighs along with a now wavy lower back . The worst part is that I've ask about all these irregularities from the beginning and it was just brushed off like there was no mistake and nothing to be done unless more money was spent fixing it with other things. I was completely disappointed because I did not expect that kind of nonchalant attitude from a doctor that I trusted with my body. Now I completely distrust surgeons and don't know what to do to fix it. I was suppose to do my breast with him but will never trust a doctor who can not right his wrongs or even accept that he did something wrong.
