How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Unsympathetic Office
On 7/19/22 I sent in my deposit of 1K to lock in my surgery date of 9/13/23.
However, due to a family tragedy, my finances changed unexpectedly and I wasn’t going to be able to move forward with surgery. I notified Sarah Miller (the patient care coordinator) on 12/15/22 about my situation. This was 9 months before my surgery date. I was hoping they would be able to be humane enough to return my deposit since it was more than enough time to fill my surgery spot.
However, Sarah never responded. I reached out again on 2/2/23 to which she finally replied, “Unfortunately, accounting isn’t lenient on the refund policy”. I pleaded if they could make an exception since it was due to an unforeseen event. Sara said “I will pass along your request though and see if they will review and consider”.
Again, Sarah never got back to me with an answer. I reached out on 9/9/23 only for Sarah to email me back saying, “The refund request was not approved. I’m sorry I didn’t provide an update earlier.”
I had hoped that with all of the money they make, they would have been understanding enough to return my deposit. I didn’t cancel last minute and it was something out of my control, yet they showed no sympathy. I can only imagine the care they give to their patients once they have collected their money. Beware.
