Countdown begins

I have a BBL scheduled at the end of Oct. i live in NJ where are the price is outrageous. Starts at around $16,000. I'm going to Tampa to have surgery with Dr. Tracey Temmen. I did a lot of research and I like her skinny BBL pictures. OK, I'm 55 years old very athletic and have three grown children. I'm considered somewhat athletic and thin but my husband says I have a flat white woman rear. That's not what really bothered me in seeking this procedure. I had liposuction and a tummy tuck about 20 years ago. Back then they did not do Lipo 360. I have this big roll of skin and fat on my back. When I wear any kind of Pants, I have an overhang in the back that bothers me. I feel like I don't have any rear to hold up the pants so they're always sliding down. I just want that overhang gone. My biggest fear is that I do not want a large rear. I want a very natural looking athletic BBL with just a little more projection. I just want to fit better in clothes and have that nice V-shaped back. She's also doing liposuction of my upper back. To get rid of and a fat under my armpits and create a nice sculpted look. I'll post more pictures when I can. I also know my skin is not super tight due to age and genetics. I do Have a saggy rear no matter how many squats I do so I I have to keep the expectations realistic. As long as I don't have a huge rear or hips, I'll be happy. The last picture shows what ideally I would like however I don't know how realistic this is. I'm staying in Tampa 11 days and my son will fly down with me for the beginning to help me out. The last is what I would ideally like.. I realize because of my skin and age, it may not be as perky but that is what I will show my surgeon at my pre-op

yuck.... this is how I currently look...not flattering with the shadows . I am looking for more curves on my backside. Currently wear a size 4-6 bottoms. Even though I work out alot, skin is not as tight as it used to be due to age.... Lets see what can be done...
