Buttock implants removal and BBL - he knows what he's doing

Had buttock implants for 3 years then I decided to remove them and get bbl. I called many surgeons with a lot of experience in several states, nobody was willing to perform that surgery at once, all I heard was you need to remove them and wait 1 year to get a bbl.
