Uneven Lipo and Bbl?

Met with Dr Weiler again, I guess I’m still in the healing stage so my thoughts and opinions can be a bit premature but to be honest I didn’t leave feeling any better. He kind of went on the attack when I addressed my concerns. I wasn’t being rude at all. I don’t benefit anything from trashing my own surgeon, I was simply trying to see what can I do to get the results we initially discussed I would have at my preop and when doing so he basically got butt hurt.. said I was fat and tried to insult me because I said I wasn’t happy with his work. Which was embarrassing… for him. He’s an ok surgeon but he could be a great one if he just took the time to listen to his patients, give realistic expectations, and realize there’s room for growth and to perfect his craft because his bbls aren’t there yet. With that being said I’m still booking my breast aug and revision with him because most surgeons don’t like going over other surgeons work and we have slim pickings here in Louisiana.

I had my surgery September 24, 2021 initially I was so excited and felt 100% confident in my decision to do my BBL with Dr Weiler despite some of the reviews I’ve read because I had a previous surgery with him that turned out great. I deeply regret my decision now. I trusted him and now I feel like I’m left with a botched body and broken confidence. My lipo is lumpy, and after seeing another surgeon in Louisiana he said I was developing fibrosis and had uneven lipo. There’s a slight difference in my butt but not even close to what I hoped for, my hips are uneven, and there’s no difference in measurements from before and after. I’m super disappointed but am still hopeful because after calling I was told he does free touchups so on December 28, I have another consult to discuss my concerns of not having a bigger butt and lumpy lipo and hopefully I can leave this situation feeling satisfied with my results.
