BBL at look younger clinic Chichester (UK)

Soooooo, found a bbl centre in the uk. I booked a consultation with them sometime in Feb at the time they had an office in London used for consultation. I went there and spoke to Dr Alshafey. He was quite stern and he had some pictures on his iPad which he showed to me which matched the ones on his website. The consultation studio didnt really look professional and I began to feel uneasy about it. Started doing research and all and found some profiles on here that didn't add up or had the same wording reviews. However I got my blood test results sent them in paid £100 deposit to book my date and then my bbl was scheduled for the 6th of July. I got up early that day and headed towards Chichester where the surgery would take place. Unfortunately I got to Chichester late I was meant to arrive at 8:30 but arrived at 11am due to train delays. I was so upset as dr alshafey said he can't continue on with the bbl as time had gone past what he predicted. I was already discouraged and thought I'd just forget about the whole iss but Aljica said she could schedule me in for the next day 7th July I agreed as I was fed up didn't want to postpone as I had calculated time off work aswell. This gave us time for me to sign the paper work I had my before pictures taken which I will post here and I got the time to actually sit with Dr Alshafey and we actually talked through pictures and a lot more. I kinda sensed he was pissed with all my questions but I didn't care haha.

These are my before pics. I had the surgery on the 7th July 2018 and I've put pics of when I had the local anesthic it took a long time for the local anaesthesia and it was extremely exhausting. But all went well. I'd put a pic up of before lipo when all the anaesthesia was in me and was just about to be lipo'd it took about 2 hours for the liposuction. There is also a pic of me with the needles in I was receiving the anaesthesia then and the underwear and theatre gown I was given.
