Haitham Alshafey, MBChB (not practicing)

My experience with Dr Alshafey was simply amazing. The surgery itself went smooth and there was no complication. Dr was very thorough during the surgery which gave me very good results. Post op care was also very good. In all I have no complaints. It was the best surgery and I would definitely recommend him.

I was very satisfied with the surgery on the day in January. Initially I was upset that I was told that I wouldn’t be able to have fat removed from stomach, as dr alshafey only takes from the back first and then you can return for a second procedure on the stomach. I was fairly fit and had a good enough shape in my opinion from going to the gym, just needed to help me out of my fitness plateau, remove some stubborn bits, and even out hip dips. Dr Alshafey was very professional and really eased my mind throughout. I was very impressed by how genuine and honest he was, making sure that I understood what this surgery was and what could be achieved. The surgery went smoothly and there was only minor discomfort towards the end. Post surgery I was slightly disappointed with the communication of Dr Alshafey as I had not heard back from him after he’d sent me my post surgery pictures. Luckily I had no complications but I had not been checked up on. Concerning the surgery results itself, after the swelling went down, the majority of the shape had been lost and I have no more butt projection than when I started. The most noticeable change came from the liposuction, and the shape coming from my now slimmer back, which by default accentuates my hips slightly. With all respects to Dr Alshafey, he does explain that this is not an enhancement of the butt for projection and that fat survival is limited. Overall, I’m happy that I had the procedure done as it has increased my confidence, my hips dipping in less giving me a huge boost. But I do advise people with desires of a more obvious change to be prepared for the 2 procedures with dr Alshafey as he suggests, the second costing more as well or to maybe consider looking elsewhere. The combination of the 2 procedures would balance out to cost the same if not more than a surgery abroad where they would most likely be able to achieve the desired result in one go. Considering the low price of the my procedure and the convenience of it location wise, not having to travel to Turkey where the price can be matched, I am satisfied enough.

Dr Alshafey what can I say he is the best to be honest and Alicja they made me feel at ease Procedure went really well and I am happy I got over my nervousness and went ahead with it went home same day Thank you so much and cant wait to see my result

I am obviously still swollen and result is not until like in 6 weeks but I had a love experience and cannot fault , Dr Alshafey and Alicja were both amazing,just waiting for my result now and each day gets better with the discomfort. And you can expect a massive result if it’s judt 500cc to each cheek. Even people with 2000+ cc have a 2nd round for it or 3rd to get the body you desire my honest opinion

Just wanted to give an update, I love my result and satisfied and my still a bit sore on my back but it’s get better everyday trust me.
If you want to go for it please do , you will love your body after

So I wanted to post a before picture of my self as I didn’t have that much befre although I would advise if you want a really big bum then it’s better to look elsewhere because LYC only transfer 500cc to each bum cheek making a 1000cc in total and I only done my love handles and flanks over all am happy with my result as I didn’t want it too look too fake but at least there should be a difference because an inch matters after your result really

Just wanted to do an update on my 7 weeks post op.. it’s been a lovely journey mixed feelings actually because no one ever tell you it’s not an easy road to go but it’s defin 100% worth it in the end . So even though I only added 500cc’s to each bum cheek making it a 1000cc in total I love my new shape. Although I will still go for a round 2 when am done having my 2nd baby.

Dr Haitham Alshafey is a lovely man he made me and my sister feel very welcome from the 1st Consultation we couldn’t find the building so he came outside to make it easier for us. He give me all the information I needed to get my blood test done. He even called me for the Second consultation because I live so far. On the day of the surgery he made me and my sister feel very safe and answer any questions they had. My experience with Dr Alshafey was a lovely one, and I would highly recommend him and his amazing team thank you guys you all are the best

Hi all, my 3 weeks update, i am not taking any painkillers anymore, lifePro suction area he still sore to touch. still having my massages and still swollen especially after moving my compression garment to shower. Generally I can do majority of my usual activities.Bending down is a bit hard and still sore i’m still sleeping on my stomach.

He’s amazing. I got a BBL done with him under local antiseptic and he made me feel so at ease with the help of he’s colleague and his nurse assistant Alicja. I highly recommend and definitely going back for more

Had my consultation with Dr Alshafey on the 15th of April , he recommend I did liposuction instead of Tummy tuck . I did all the necessary test which everything was ok
I had my second consultation 2 weeks later then had my Surgery on the 12th of May .
I did Liposuction on my sides and upper and lower back , and fat transfer to my breast
He took 3100ml of fat from my body.
I must say I was a bit nervous at the beginning
but he talks me through everything and throughout the surgery he makes sure I was ok
I feel a little pain during the procedure but that is expected
I am very please with him and his team, they did a very good job .
am home resting and getting better as each day goes by
Can’t wait to see my new figure

I had my procedure 8 days ago and I am so glad that I went through with it! I nearly let my nerves and doubts get the better of me, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I had 1700cc of fat removed from my back and flanks. 500cc was injected into each cheek.
The procedure itself was uncomfortable but for me almost painless, other than a few occasions here and there. I do have a high tolerance for pain but was honestly so shocked at how well I coped being awake the whole time. It also seemed much quicker than 5 hours.
The clinic is clean and the staff are great. I was the only patient that day so I felt all my needs were attended to and I was constantly checked on.
I had my sister with me for the whole day and was able to go home after a couple of hours of recovery.
I found the first couple of days of recovery the easiest, although I looked so swollen and bruised. The past few days have been more uncomfortable, though I appear to be healing very well.

I had a consultation with Dr Alshafey for liposuction and he was the first doctor ever to tell to me not to do it and better to look for gastric sleeve as it will be better value for money for my case. I admired his honesty. I did not try any treatment with I just had a consultation.

Decided to have my BBL with Dr Alshafey after seeing the results he had given others, I had my consultation in Epsom around 3 weeks before I was booked in for surgery in Chichester. I had no worries about the surgery as Dr Alshafey explained everything to me and made me feel very safe and in good hands. On the day of surgery March 26th (yesterday) I was given local anaesthetic which numbed me beforehand, I had the fat removed from my flanks and put 1000cc in my bum/hips. I had no pain whatsoever throughout the procedure it was just a strange feeling, Alicja made me feel at ease which made everything even more smooth. I went home around 2 hours after as I felt ok to do so. As it’s only been around 24 hours since surgery I am very bruised and swollen so can’t post photos but my hips and waist look amazing and I have been able to walk around without much pain tbh . I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family :)

It’s been one week exactly since my bbl and I am posting my before and current pictures. I am so happy with the result as I literally had NO ass and now have a very natural looking perky bum which is what I wanted I didn’t want the whole exaggerated fake look, I have 500cc in each cheek. Will post better pictures in the next few weeks :)

So I’ve wanted to get surgery for a number of years but I waited so long to see whether it was something I could change myself & if surgery was 100% the route I wanted to go down. I did a lottttt of research even considered going outside of the uk to get this done but then I came across dr Alshafey. I had my first consultation last year in October but only made my decision in January. After contacting dr Alshafey to let him know I’d like to proceed, he advised me that I had to get my blood test done to ensure I was fit for surgery which I was. I then had my second consultation over the phone which led to being booked in for surgery at 8am on the 5th February. The day of surgery was extremely long but Dr Alshafey & Alicza really put me at ease they spoke to me throughout the entire process letting me know what was going on step by step. For the most part I didn’t feel anything at all I was chatting to my mate that had accompanied me the only part that I felt was uncomfortable but bearable was the fat injection. Overall I’m very pleased with my results so far and I can’t wait to do my tummy.
