BBL story

I'm 1 week post op today and Holy swell hell. After a 10 hour shift at work and wearing this compression garmet I'm still so swollen and sore at the end of each day. It hurts to turn in bed at night and lay in certain positions. I went back to work on post op day 5 because I was just sore. I've been much more sore from the gym in the past but I must say at the end of the day it's much worse...

I feel great. The first day wasn't bad as the anesthesia wore off however day 1 post op was hell. I could barely get up to use the bathroom I was so sore. Day 2 was relatively better however was so sore while laying down I noticed sitting up and walking around was best for my pain. I didn't take any pain meds after nighttime on day 1 as they made me feel like I was dizzy and nasueas whenever I tried to stand or go to the bathroom. I also don't think they take any pain away except for making you sleepy. My hips did feel similar to my bbl on round 1 in the aspect of feeling like they were going to explode. It's a pain like no other lol. I have to admit that I didn't wear my fans until post op day 2 as I was draining blood and it was just a mess to keep it on , change bandages and wash that thing 10x a day. I put it on morning of post op day 2 and have only taken it off to shower since. Dr dean gave me the exact hips I requested and seemed to take every ounce of fat I had left. (Hallelujah I won't have to go through this pain again). I go in for my post op follow up tmw with him and can't wait to tell him how great of a job he did. Here are some pics of today post op day 3. I had lipo on my flanks, abdomen, back and bra rolls. He inserted the fat into my hips . I will get exact CC's tmw :)

So my BBL by dr pane was great. No complaints in that area whatsoever. However I felt as though I had fat in my love handles and the indents in my hips which drove me absolutely crazy (as both of these were my main concerns going in the first time). I personally think pane is an A1 surgeon however I don't think he got my exact vision for my body so I decided to go with dr dean for my second surgery. 11/25/17 was my surgery with him.
