BBL Set for 2-12-19

I got 4,450ml removed from my abdomen/flanks/back. A total of 2,000ml was injected into my butt (1,000ml) per cheek. Dr. Azizi tries to inject 1,000-1,500ml on each side of butt/thigh, but it depends on each patient's body. Some women have tight or elastic tissues. Because I have tight tissues I was able to get in 1,000ml per cheek. If your tissues are elastic thnn more fat can be injected. Overall it gave my behind more projection + a perky look and I couldn't be anymore satisfied. He also did an amazing job with my waist line. I had a bulge of fat that was above the right side my c section scar and whenever I sat down it was very noticeable. My stomach is now flat and my waist is snatched which makes my behind look bigger. I will post a pic of my waist. You would never believe I gave birth to 4 kids. This pic was taken 3 days ago. Ive been putting more compression on my sides and my lower abdomen (to help with the swelling) and it's giving me more of an hour glass figure.

I wanted to get a glimpse of how my new body looks in jeans and I couldn't be anymore estatic. I still have swelling in my lower abdomen which should subside as time goes by. I absolutely love my new shape!

It's been 1.5 weeks since my surgery.
When I arrived at the facility the day of my surgery I met with my nurse Sky. She was very kind, welcoming, and friendly. She went over what to expect before and after surgery. I then met with Dr. Azizi who went over my goals and then made his marks. The anesthesiologist, Alexandra was very friendly. Everyone did such an amazing job explaining everything in detail leaving me with no questions to ask. The procedure was about 4hrs long. Dr. Azizi was there when I woke up. He has great bedside manner. He even went out and spoke to my husband in the waiting room. My husband also thought he was very kind.
The first 2-3 days were very rough. I was super sore, swollen, and stiff. It's only been 1.5 weeks and the swelling has gone down alot. There's improvement with the swelling and bruising everyday. Most of the bruising is already gone. What I love about Dr. Azizi is that his incision sites are well hidden. I have 2 scars in the front near my c section scar and 3 in the back ( 1 hidden near my butt crack and 1 under each butt cheek crease)... Very well hidden and discrete. I've seen plenty of other surgeons who have up 12+ incision sites, leaving very noticeable scars.
I attached some before and after pics. Dr. Azizi snatched that waist and gave me a full bottom. I'm aware that 30-40% of the fat will be reabsorbed. I just wish it could stay exactly the way it is right now. I still have some swelling on my lower part of my abdominal region, but that should go away with time.
I've been drinking plenty of water + using foam under my compression garment to reduce the swelling. I did have to get some fluid drained 3 days post op near my mons pubis area. I had lipo done there and I was told prior that lots of swelling is very common. My left labia was extremely swollen, but that went away a few days after some of the fluid was drained.
