BBL scheduled for 11/2018 with Dr. Andrew Jimerson!

Magic_doll_magic
WORTH IT$16,300
I have researched and decided to get my bbl done by Dr. Jimerson. I originally had a phone consult and was recommended a bbl with hip transfer and tummy tuck. Along with additional lipo to back and front bra roll, and upper back.
The consult was with Marquita who was very nice and informative. She recommended recover ease for post opp care. I told her I don’t want to do a tummy tuck as well as a bbl at the same time because I plan to still lose 15 lbs after my bbl. currently I am 4’11 and 138 lbs.
After the call I decided I needed to meet my surgeon in person. I want to go and check out this recovery house as well. I’m 100% sure dr. Curves is the surgeon for me just need to speak in person versus getting a quote based off pictures. So next week I am doing just that! I did place a deposit for my surgery and recovery house for November with a single room.
Pricing: quoted 15k for bbl and additional lipo
Recovery house recover ease: 5k for 12 nights.

In person consult with Dr. Jimerson

Yesterday I traveled to Atlanta to meet Dr.J in person and check out the recovery house.
Unlike previous reviews I have read, Dr. Jimerson was personable and friendly.

When I was taken to the back by one of the coordinators she asked health questions etc played a video which answers 90% of the questions you would ask Dr.Jimerson. She also set expectations that Dr. Jimerson does consults in between surgery’s.

I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. He looked me over made recommendations as well as asked how I feel about certain areas of my body. Overall a great experience he answered my questions. He is very direct which I like because I’m the same way.

First look at Recover Ease.

While talking to my coordinator I made it clear that I wanted to visit the recovery house. She went and got the address, as well as spoke to the manager Eric that I would be stopping by. It seemed like I had asked an uncommon request but she was happy to oblige my request.
When I arrived a nurse let me in and I was able to view the rooms while I waited for Eric. The facility is very clean. The staff very friendly and appear to be happy and enjoying there job. The rooms are spacious with a tv dresser for clothes and hospital bed and bathroom.
There is a waiting room in front with sofas and a tv for visitors.
When I met Eric he knew his business which made me feel more relaxed about my future stay. I explained that I wanted to check this place out prior to being post opp. He answered questions about recovery and things I can bring or they had there to purchase. He informed me that I would receive a email with things to pack.
I asked about the meals he said they alternate every week but described as nutritional. Chicken and fish and veggies.
I asked about the nurses and how often they check on you. He said regularly but they also have a call button in the rooms if you need something immediately.
I asked about the post opp garments. He said I will leave surgery with one on. After that I will need to buy one. He recommended waiting to buying the second one once I’m post opp because you don’t know how swollen you will be.
Overall I had good vibes about the facility. I will say that I had no service in the building. Hopefully you have WiFi calling with your cell phone carrier. They do have two open WiFi options so I didn’t have an issue.
I did see a girl walking around who had recently had surgery. She didn’t seem in pain and appeared in good spirits.
Hope this helps!!
