BBL for reconstruction

Not much fat survived but there was an improvement compared to what I had. Now I have to figure out if to do another fat transfer by itself and then butt implants separate OR Butt implants first follow up by a fat transfer OR BOTH TOGETHER.. but what I have seen a lot in other experiences when done together is not a happy result I’ve over a year or two. Still I wanted to share my update :)

Honestly it’s been getting smaller but I realize the swelling needed to come down. I know I’m not where I want to be but I think he did a good job in shaping a butt that had no shape after my last surgery. I am so thankful for his help. He has instructed me in how to keep doing treatments to help improve the outcome. I hope to God things get better. I share my story to somehow help those that are going through what I’m gong through. It’s so hard but we can push forward and pray we have the help needed. Much love to you all.

I have to say I am so thankful to Dr. Salama for helping me with my reconstruction after all the damage my body has gone through. His whole team works close with him to give the best post surgical treatment. He is compassionate and listens to any questions you may have as well as his staff (Wally was amazing helping with my recovery and had so much useful information on how to take care of my recovery). They are very professional and care to make you feel comfortable in every step. Yes at times they take a bit to get you in on time to your appointment but I understand that they are trying to give the best service to each patient and that may cause a little delay. Other reviews I have seen talk about their delay but don't talk about how you still get the best treatment. If it takes them longer than the scheduled time with you they don't rush but give even more time if necessary. I loved all of them. Nancy my patient coordinator is awesome!! She helps in every way possible. Their front desk girls are very sweet and caring. I thank them all for everything. I would recommend Dr. Salama ( Elite Plastic Surgery) to everyone. I just hope the improvement I see in my body stays. Will be posting pictures through out the time.
