I’m still sleeping on my stomach and using my booty pillow to sit. I hear it’s ok to sit but I guess I’m just paranoid. I’m only using my faja during the day and take it off at night. I want to to start working out but don’t know what workouts to do. I still have some numbness around my stomach and lower back but overall I’m feeling great! I’m very happy with my results just don’t want my butt to shrink anymore lol.

Try sitting a little at a time and see how that goes.
