Provider Review
Currently, I have to give Dr A all the stars in the world. I've been planning this since March 2017 and I've had nothing but great service. I've witnessed a few dolls have some issue with his office staff, but I've been lucky to have no issue. My first coordinator was with me from March until about June... then her name disappeared from the automated listing. Not sure what that meant because she was amazing. Very responsive. Currently because I'm so close I don't really have s coordinator but rather just people who call to catch up on me and make sure I'm all set. So let me first say, Alexis Montgomery aka Lexi - she was my coordinator and she was HEAVEN! When she called me the first night, I could've sworn I was speaking to a nurse or his right hand man. She was so knowledgeable! She put my mind at ease (as it was already in a crazy panic after dealing with the BS of Seductions Cosmetics which I'll review later). She discussed the doctors notes, my options and explained the alternatives! Man oh man I hope to meet her when I get there. Next, Karla... she was the next person I spoke to when I needed to change my sx date. She again... attentive and she answers the phone!
