Hello dolls! So, I’m a bit tardy to the party with my updates. I had my BBL early December 2018, it’s been 4 months since and this pic is from my 3 month mark. I love, love, loved my results from the 3 week pic and Dr. Yates told me I might lose a smidge more, so I hit the gym hard, focusing on lower body and glute work. I mostly did elliptical squats at max resistance (look it up, eesh, they suck but are super effective!). I finally got the courage to take another bum pic as I was afraid I’d be disappointed with my extra fat loss. Nope! I actually have a higher and more defined projection now. Don’t worry that if you work out you’ll lose more. If you do it the right way you’ll actually enhance your results!

I had round two (mommy makeover) done last week so stay tuned for more!!!

Three straight years of daily gym check-in’s, literally thousands of squat and lunge variations each week ... STILL no booty. It was time to call in a professional!
I took over a year researching plastic surgeons in my state, I read and re-read reviews, looked at every before and after pic ... and not just those for a BBL, but all of their pics so I could have a good understating of the surgeons overall skill level and technique. One stood out high above the rest. Dr. York Yates.
I scheduled an appointment with him to talk about my fit for a BBL - I explained that I wanted a nice, round bubble butt. Nothing Kardashian or Nicki Minaj level, but something appropriate for my body type. After talking about my options, I scheduled my surgery right then and there. As of today, it has been three weeks and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results so far. I have attached three pictures. Before, one day post-op, and three weeks post-op. It’s PERFECT!!!

Hey 801babe! Ok, sooooo, the morning after the procedure I met my girlfriends for coffee. The lipo felt like a moderate sunburn and my bum felt like I did about 3000 squats the day before. I didn’t and any pain medication aside from an 800 ibuprofen. AND, I even shoveled my driveway. But, then the next three days were pretty painful in my lipo’d areas and I used all of the serious painkillers. After that it was smooth sailing ... the hardest part, hands down, was not being able to sit or sleep on my back for 6 weeks. Dr Yates said I was clear to sit with no restrictions at the 4 week mark but I still restricted my sitting for an add’l two weeks. Cuz I’m an overachiever like that. Lol. Hope that helps!
