BBL REVISION CONFIRMED 2/2019
??THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE GETTING A BBL ??
1. Every body is different! Every body will hold different amount of cell survival. Your results might not be even-looking at the end, because of cell death. Aka you will have to get a BBL #2 or a revision.
2. Anatomy! There are different shapes of hips that will give you variety of BBL results! Find someone with your body shape and use that as your goal photo. Be realistic. Ex: girls who are NOT pear shaped shouldn’t expect to have their big butt to look proportionate in the front view when they don’t have the anatomical structure for it.
3. GRAVITY! Your butt will weigh down and you will most likely hold all the fat at the bottom of your butt! Keep in mind that the fat will over time sag. Working out will help reduce the sagging, but you can’t defeat gravity! It’s just like boobs! Your boobs will sag within time
4. HIPS? Be careful when asking for fat to be inserted over your hips! The results for the first month may look good, but as fat settle it will droop on the sides of your hips and be obvious that there’s a big chunk of fat hanging out there!
5. STRETCH MARKS! You may be in risk to get a lot of stretch marks on your butt if you’re prone to getting them easily!
6. CELLULITE: excess skin can cause cellulite on your butt if you go too big!
7. Remember, big is NOT always better. It’s all about illusion!

Dr Salama was very kind when I met him. I felt comfortable around him and he was comforting when I had my mini panic attack. He stayed by my side and made sure I was okay, before he left me with one of the MA’s at ESP. I love my results, however, it’s not 100% perfect. I have a dent on the side of my buttock & I’m not sure how that happened. The dent is not noticeable when I’m laying down, only when I stand. Hopefully with massages this indication will go away. I’m only 3 weeks post op, but I love how my butt is shaped. It’s falling into place nicely! I was so scared of complications occurring with a BBL, and fortunately I had minimal complications. I’d like to thank Dr Salama for being a great doctor and Bobby for taking great care of me at the ERH! Ohhh, and here’s a before and after pic! I’m a petite girl, yet, Salama still managed to give me a nice behind! Doesn’t my bum look nice?! Thank you Salama!!
