??THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE GETTING A BBL ??

1. Every body is different! Every body will hold different amount of cell survival. Your results might not be even-looking at the end, because of cell death. Aka you will have to get a BBL #2 or a revision.
2. Anatomy! There are different shapes of hips that will give you variety of BBL results! Find someone with your body shape and use that as your goal photo. Be realistic. Ex: girls who are NOT pear shaped shouldn’t expect to have their big butt to look proportionate in the front view when they don’t have the anatomical structure for it.
3. GRAVITY! Your butt will weigh down and you will most likely hold all the fat at the bottom of your butt! Keep in mind that the fat will over time sag. Working out will help reduce the sagging, but you can’t defeat gravity! It’s just like boobs! Your boobs will sag within time
4. HIPS? Be careful when asking for fat to be inserted over your hips! The results for the first month may look good, but as fat settle it will droop on the sides of your hips and be obvious that there’s a big chunk of fat hanging out there!
5. STRETCH MARKS! You may be in risk to get a lot of stretch marks on your butt if you’re prone to getting them easily!
6. CELLULITE: excess skin can cause cellulite on your butt if you go too big!
7. Remember, big is NOT always better. It’s all about illusion!

6. Excess fat, not skin!
This is a great help i did my bbl 3 weeks after you with dr salama my belly still the same never went down and i dont really like my butt so im going to do a another bbl #2
I’m going to do a revision with Salama hopefully in Feb 2019.
Thank you so much for this! I am very unhappy with my bbl result bec. I wanted more but PS stated that he could only go to how much the skin will stretch. He did the shape different on mine (higher fats to the hips) and my bf kept explaining that my body structure is different and that mine will look natural. I am still not convinced and I am thinking of doing round 2. However, after reading your post, you nailed it. Everything you said is true. Thank you for sharing. Goodluck on your 2nd BBL.
Totally agree with you.

Devastated

I hate the outcome. Picture speaks for itself. Wished I could go back and tell my Dr to put less fat in. And I wished I never gained weight for the surgery.

I saw where you said you gained 10 pounds but I didn't see how much fat was removed and how much was placed back in.
Dr didn’t tell me how many liters was taken out and put back in. But in the state of FL 4L is the maximum amount of fat taken out.
Honey how many ccs did he transfer ?
You look great the out come I well proportioned
Is well proportioned
My butt is doing the same thing! It’s starting to hang over itself a little bit and looking saggy. It looks ok with clothes on but I’m gonna have to spend the money to get it fixed eventually. Definitely not going to Salama for that one...
O god im going through same thing .i need to find a nother doctor to fixed
What about now how do you like It
It’s way too big for my frame. I’m 4’11”. I’m only 4 months post op and I know it’ll take me 1+ years to heal from surgery.
Are you exercising? Your butt looks good to me..Remember your fat cell is like a sponge..If you lose some weight it will shrink..gain wait it will increase in size..You will never lose your shape though. that little bump is from aggressive packing(which can be corrected if you can find someone who can do a bbl touch up). Overall your shape will remain the same if you want to have less butt start exercising and dieting. You can never destroy a fat cell if the cell survived properly.
I think It looks good ! But yeah things will change within the next 8 months and hopefully to your liking (:
Yes I’m exercising. I honestly feel like I’m still swollen but I’m just super impatient. The only thing getting slimmer are my legs and stomach, not my bum
