I went out without my faja for the first time yesterday. It was very uncomfortable I don’t think I’m ready for that yet. It was only for about an hour but I was very swollen by the time I got home.

I’m very swollen today because my faja has gotten too loose. I started out with a 3xl and now am waiting to receive my size medium.
I love the Bellabody faja s Dr. S uses. They are so soft and don’t irritate your skin. The only problem is that bands at the bottom are tight and will squeeze your thighs.
