Update post surgery Alive with 1300 each side :-)
Sorry for not updating sooner but i just haven't been feeling so good.
Firstly I'm happy with my result :-) just have to hope I recover well now with not too much fat loss.
My surgery was changed to Malaga at the last minute but Cirumed provided me with transport with Hugo to and from hospital so I didn't mind. I was picked up at 7am and on arrival taken to my room and had just about the time to get undressed then taken down for surgery.
My surgery went well but was a challenge Dr Aslani told me as I had lots of fiberous tissue from previous lipo so he had to inject 4 litres of fluid to lipo were he would normally use 2 so I spent 3 days leaking lots of continious red coloured fluid. He also managed to get in 1300 each side :-)
Dr Aslani is an artist and a very busy man but still will give you all he can, he done his best for me as I know I was a difficult case as it was more of a reconstruction from a previous nightmare. I was so happy when he showed me my before and after photo, I'd gone from square shaped to a more rouned perky shape but still very natual looking with a lovely small waist. Hopefully now I can move on with my life and stop wearing pads to hide my straight up and down shape, as long as the dents in the side of by buttocks are gone then I'll be happy but I can't get too excited yet as I want to see how thing heal over the next few months.
I will upload before and afters soon I promise.
All the staff I came across at the hospital where smiley and friendly and the nurses and nurse assistant Crema who took care of me after my surgery were amazing, I couldn't fault any of them.
My sheets where changed 3 times through out my 24 hour stay and they continiuosly gave me clean protective pads. They were also friendly and even the ones who couldn't speack english were lovely too especially when I had ago at my rubbish basic spanish. So brush up on basic spanish girls it goes along way! I also came away with 2 garnments as the first was so stained so I can alternate them and change them morning and night as they dry really quickly.
I was told to try and get up and move about as much as possible which I did but with this I opened up 2 incissions. 1 on my bikini line below my waist from lipo and another on the side of my buttock from the fat graft. So you can imagine the amount of fluid i was leaking.
I didn't feel so bad when leaving the hospital, but getting back to the apartment and changing painkillers things went down hill. Apart from dealing with the pain, discomfort and weakness from the surgery, I didn't like how I felt on the painkillers provied, I dont do well with heavy meds I tend to have too many side effects from them so I've had continiuos migraines dizziness and nausea, my head felt like it was exploding, this only got better and stopped yesterday.
I gave back all my painkillers to the nurse at Cirumed yesterday as I feel better on just paracetamol and Jenny kindly gave me a perscription for my migraine meds too as I suffer from migraines each month with my period.... of course it was that time of month too.
My opened lipo incission has closed up nicely by itself but the fat graft one is still open, where it was leaking red fluid for 3 days on day 4 which was yesterday it started to leak yellow. I spoke to the nurse and Dr Aslani about this and they didn't seem to be too concerned and said not too worry it's probably just fluid cant remember the name they gave it but I am worried that it's infected or will get infected as it's open so I've been showering at least 3 times a day keeping it clean, spraying it with mild antiseptic spray and covering it with a sterile compress. The leaking is starting to reduce so I will see how that goes tomorrow when I return for my second massage and appointment with the nurse.
Talking about the massage, Peter is amazing!! I was worried it would hurt as i'm so swollen my legs are like tree trunks and my feet like boats!! but it was so soothing and I think I really needed to get out of the apartment too. Peter is german and has such a funny character you will all love him.
All the staff at Cirumed are lovely especially Jenny she really does go the extra mile for you.
I'd like to thank you girls whove been constantly keeping you reviews up to date with vital tips for us all.. You will know who you are :-) I would have been lost without your advise :-)
Female urinal is a must, its just not possible to pee without it!
Wiping after pooing is impossible the first 3 days!!! showering right after was my only option as I just didn't want my husband to wipe my me :-o!! I still shower now after I go to keep squeeky clean as I have an open wound and I'm so scared of infection.
Baby wipes
I didn't bother with sanatry pad or tampax for my period as I didn't even notice my period with all the red fluid i was swimming in after my surgery. I got my period 3 days prior to surgery.
Loose comfortable dresses to get on and off easily and also flipflops ass your feet will swell so much that you wont get into anything else.
Drink plenty of water and try to walk about as much as possible.
Pads for leaking after surgery if your not in the Recovery house.
I also brought my 2 feather pillows and have been sleeping on top of them under my pelvis and chest, it has helped with lower back pain and also my head position as i find it extremely difficult to sleep on my stomach.
Keep salt from your diet post surgery as this increases swelling
Use a chair in the bathroom for help and support getting in and out of the shower and for support when pooing on the toilet, it's saves your dignity without hollowing out for help!
Do not do this alone girls unless your staying at the RH it is pretty heavy surgery and recovery is slow and will take it out of you. You really need someones help whether if it's just for preparing food, uplifting moral or basics like putting your feet into your garnment because your legs will be so swollen you cant bend down and do this yourself.
I'll check back in tomorrow once I've had my second appointment with the nurse and my massage from Peter.

I'm here and ready for my big day tomorrow!!
Well I arrived here yesterday, flight was good, checked into a beautiful apartment then had my consultation with Dr Aslani. I did have to wait 2 and a half hours to see him but what the hell, it was worth it and feel more reassured now. He's happy with my weight gain as I reached my target 67kg, BMI 26 but did explain that i have some visceral fat which he can't remove, no problemo I'd already worked that one out for myself, I'll see about burning that off with some weight training at the gym once I'm recovered.
I asked him would he need to lipo my legs as I am worried about irregularities (I already have one on the outside of my thigh which he said he would fill) he said if needed he will go there without hesitation but that he can't say until he's doing the surgery so my body is in Gods and Aslani's hands and I'm staying positive and trusting that this will all work out good in the end.
I will upload my dreaded befores later as right now I have factor 50 on and i'm headed off to the beach with my husband and daughter while I still can. See you all laters sisters!! x ;-)

I've seen some amazing results coming from…
I've seen some amazing results coming from Dr Aslani recently.... He is the KING OF BUTTS!! without a doubt.
I think I'm addicted to this site, I am on here most days now sometime several times a day. I woke up last night and for the life of me I couldn't get back to sleep! Thinking about my surgery and hoping I can put on the weight to get a good result. My morning coffee is now made with 200ml of fresh cream warmed up in the microwave and I'm snacking on mixed bag of fruit and nuts throughout the day to up the calories. Any advice from you gorgeous ladies for weight gain would be appreciated.
Trying to add some more wish pics so I just hope they upload this time.
