Now 4 weeks post op and I am devastated with the results

Update- 6 weeks post op

Today is 6 weeks post op and I have seen a bit of swelling come down but my hips are still huge and my poor butt looks awful (no shape just square, boxy and worse than pre op). I spoke to my doctor and he wants me to be patient and swelling will come down. It's very hard to be patient especially given it's 6 weeks and I am so unhappy with the results. I will say I am shockingly sore still. I have no feeling in parts of my stomach, back and hips. If I move certain ways it hurts. It's been a slow recovery for sure.
I will send more pics later on my progress.

Update- 6 months post op and I am still unhappy with my results. My butt is square and no contouring of the waist and hip area like a BBL should have. My hips are uneven and I need revision surgery to fix it. I still look in the mirror and hate my body shape and the outcome of this surgery. My butt has some volume up top but flat in the middle and it looks even worse in workout tights. Awful actually. I have been back for a consult and I was anxious and Dr Bendor-Samuel said to wait 6 months for swelling and it would change but it hasn't changed for the better. I have no choice but to get it fixed which gives me great stress. BBL's recovery was so difficult and the thought of doing it again is so stressful but I can't live with this. Plus I have to take that time off work. Its a lot. I hope the doctor can and will fix it. I am not looking for perfection but I have researched this for a long time and looked at thousands of pictures and my results are truly not exaggerated.
ORIGINAL POST

First Bbl and Not Happy

I had a BBL on Dec 6th- it’s my second procedure by Dr. Bendor-Samuel. The first one was a breast augmentation and lift (which was great). He is a really good doctor and did a great job.

My BBL/lipo has been a different story. After surgery they didn’t have a compression garment that fit me. I am a medium and they only had XL. It was floating on me. It took almost 3 days to get my size in. I was really disappointed given I paid so much and they should have been prepared. If I read online it is very important to have the compression after lipo for good results.

It is now 4 weeks post op and I am devastated with the results. My hips are huge and I can pinch big pieces of fat. I hope this is swelling but I really don’t think it is. I can’t see it going down to a normal size. This was the one area I hated most pre op and fixed and now it looks worse. From the back and sides I have big hips, then a huge indent and then my butt. My partner says it looks ‘sloppy’ and has no shape, big up top and flat and long at the bottom (square shape) I’ve looked led at hundreds of before and after and none look as bad as mine. None of my clothes clothes fit or look good on me. I am size 4 prior to surgery and now with my hips I just look fat.

I just want it fixed- I try to hide it but everything looks terrible on me. Scared I will need a full revision.
