Day 11

I have decided to continue doing lymphatic massages through week 6. I still have so much build up fluids I feel the bumps of fluids on my back.

My swelling is still bad but I’m drinking lots of fluids and this week I’m scheduled for 3 lymphatic massages.

Hopefully by next week I can bring the massage down to two a week.

Energy levels are still not back to normal but It will be back in time. I’m taking daily multi vitamins, arnica pills, and my iron pills.
Bruising is start to go away still not 100 percent but way better than week 1.

The faja is everything I tell you it has helped hold it all in and keep it in place. Lol!



Day 9

It does get better! I step out today and went to do a pedicure and a lymphatic massage.
Oh I’m starting to feel like myself a little at a time. Everything comes in stages and I don’t have my full energy as of yet but at least I am able to move around. I have purchased a boppy pillow that my mother rigged for me :)! She stuffed it more so that I can sit on it without it touching any surface.
The booty pillow surface is too hard and uncomfortable so I have stayed with the boppy pillow instead.
Appetite is still not there but ladies we have to feed the fat so we lose less than necessary. So lots of protein shakes and meats with vegetables.
I will be updating with pics soon bruising is still bad and want that to subside before posting pics.
