BBL & Breast Lift with Dr. Salama

Hi ladies, it’s been a long time since ive posted apologies!! So far I’m feeling good, in full workout mode (well as much as motivation will take me) but still have much toning to do!

Hi ladies, so feeling really good, back to normal just have swelling on my arms n midsection. My breasts are still tender as well and still not sitting on my butt! Honestly I don’t even wear the foams anymore just a stage 2 compression garmet n massages 2x a week! Went to my massage appt today and the therapist says I’m healing really well with minimal swelling. The foams were way too much plus my therapist said it was causing uneven blood flow, we replaced it with even compression all over. So I’d wear a compression garmet plus overlap it with my waist trainer :) way more comfortable n swelling has seemed to still be going down. I will upload some pics!

2 weeks post and feeling really good! Almost back to normal, with minimal bruising on arms + midsection still sore and tender a bit. Can’t wait to hit my 2 month post op date! By then I can sit on my butt, my butt should finally soften and take shape and I won’t need to wear my foams :). As of now part of my butt is softening, but middle still looks a little lumpy and hard. Cannot wait to get past this phase!!!
