1st Round BBL

Here are a few pictures of my problem areas after surgery. There’s a lot of unevenness, fat pockets and very flat at the crease, my hips were extend which looks a little weird and my scars are very visible and nowhere near my bra line crease as well as the scars on my buttocks

My stay with Vanessa and her nursing staff was amazing, she worried so much about me resting that literally after surgery I was starving and all she kept telling me to do was lay down when all I wanted was a bowl of spaghetti and to walk around. She was shocked that I had so much energy and watched my every move to make sure I was ok

I decided to get a Bbl and after months of research and going though hundreds of reviews I landed on Dr Sergio Alvarez. It was very difficult at first to get an appointment let alone to get ahold of someone to schedule being that I’d be traveling from another state. Days later I get a call from Dr Alvarez due to my said frustrations of trying to schedule which I explained to him that no one answers the phones or calls anyone back after leaving several voicemails. Dr Alvarez while on the phone with me told me to call the office line while he was on the phone with me to see if his staff would answer which they did not. I needed up getting Scheduled by Dr Alvarez thankfully after days of calling and getting ahold of no one. Once scheduled I stated to take care of paperwork and getting my clearance for survey which was a piece of cake. (Fast forward to pre-op) At the time of pre-op I met with a coordinator who took pictures of my body,collected payment and gave me the run down of not eating and and what time to be back for surgery, not once was I able to meet with Dr Alvarez the day of pre-op until the day of surgery which could be for some nerve wrecking. I return to Mia Aesthetics the day of my surgery which then I was able to meet with Dr Alvarez for maybe all of 5 mins, in that 5 mins I was marked on where the subtracted and additional fat would be added or taken from. I was asked if I had any questions which I stated what my ideal body goal was and by then I was just praying to god that I made it out with a big ol booty. Sadly once I was put under local anesthesia I dont remember anything and it was the last and only time I seen Dr Alvarez. After surgery I was woken up and a little agitated that I was placed on my butt that I had just had surgery on, I do remember that was very uncomfortable. My recovery nurse (Vanessa) was there ready and waiting for me to get out of surgery and I appreciate her so much, just seeing her face right after surgery I knew I had made on the other side to the big booty world. The stay at her recovery home was nothing sort of amazing, any and everything I needed she was ready to make sure I was comfortable. My room/bed linen was always clean, the daily cooked meals were delicious and the nursing staff were always so nice and made me feel safe and at home for my stay, transportation and massages were always included in my recovery package which made everything so much easier. The only downside to my surgery journey would be to have been able to me Dr Alvarez prior to the day of my surgery and to have been able to just feel comfortable and not rush by the doctor performing my surgery. I am looking to have a round 2 bbl but I’m not sure Dr. Alvarez is my top choice.
