Next week, I can stop wearing foams + start working out again. I will try and add photos then, it’s hard to get photos when your on a bunch of stuff for compression all the time.

Healing is Hard
I’m 13 dpo
I had a seroma, choose to fly back to Tijuana’s to have it drained via needle aspirations due to my incision closing really quick. CER was great about everything.
Healing is hard. Swelling oh baby. Pain still on my side. Only area that has bruising is inner thigh. Finally was able to lift my arms all the way up and take off my top by myself yesterday. Excited for final results

You look amazing!! I'm looking in to going to cer hospital for my breast augmentation & BBL. I'm in contact now with mj, did they charge you more for the arm lipo? And did you go by yourself and stay in a recovery home? I'm looking into what is the best option for the after care. How long did you have to stay out there?
I don’t know how much and are alone, I got a package deal. I stayed only 2 days, no recovery home, at the hospital $250 overnight. Your getting a lot done so stay 5-10 days. I was by myself, if your with someone I could suggest a cheap hotel near CER, saw some for $50 but still hire a nurse for the first night
Thank you for responding. They said my package deal would be $7,060.00 but that doesn't include arms. I was looking into getting a Airbnb since my boyfriend was going to go with me. Just not sure how to hire a private nurse I'll have to do more research.

I’m doing really good
Tired so I will keep it simple. My treated areas ended up being my stomach, back, inner thigh and arms. Had my first massage today and everything is coming together nicely.
