I didn’t buy this because I had my mom with me the whole time but you could buy one of those things that allows you to grab stuff off the floor like a stick grabber thing because it is like impossible to bend over for at least 2 weeks
when I went #2 I rolled up a towel and put it on the front of the toilet seat so that my thighs were touching the seat instead of my butt
even with the belly sleeper pillow my neck got sore because I wasn’t used to sleeping on my stomach so much so I used this pain relief cream. It helped so much and helped me fall asleep because it was soothing
