Experience for Bbl and tummy tuck

I had surgery by Dr Balta on February 4, 2021 for a lipo 360 and bbl tummy tuck
The clinic (bht clinic) is really clean and luxurious there is even a restaurant in the clinic with room service then I was at the Hilton hotel which was perfect
Then let's talk about my surgery I measure 1m68 for 69kg after having had 2 children and lost weight thanks to the sport and the diet I decided to have an operation I hesitated for a long time about the surgeon and I chose Dr Serkan Balta
For the tummytuck the scar is beautiful the navel very well also succeeds nothing to say on that
For the bbl I encountered a problem indeed the Dr injected me in the buttocks 500cc after doing the lipo 360 he said to have recovered 4litres and after having filtered the fat there is only 1 liter of pure fat left
I showed photos to the surgeon of what I wanted as a result of photos of his patients who he injected between 800cc and 1000cc (they are rare to have had 1000cc) he told me I promise you to use all the fat that I am going to recover but he never told me that I was not going to have enough fat to recover with the lipo 360 and he did not offer me to take the fat elsewhere seeing the result that I wanted he should have told me OK you don't have enough fat on your stomach and back so we have to take the fat elsewhere
The problem now is that I have to pay for a bbl and I don't have the result that I wanted
The Dr told me that I didn't have enough fat in my legs anyway, but I have seen girls much thinner than me have a much better result than mine !!
Dr Balta was having done a good job on me and don't want to admit he botched my bbl

If today I am speaking it is because I have looked for a long time for opinions on Dr Balta and I have not found anything compromising that is why I went to his place so today I want to share my experience so that the girls can get an idea
Why didn't he take fat from elsewhere on my legs, for example? I saw the photos of what I wanted he should have told me OK you want this kind of result but you do not have enough fat on your stomach and back so we will also take the fat in the legs I would have say yes no problem
Isn't it the surgeon's job to advise patients?
Isn't it his job to give me the butt I wanted?
