Athletic BBL in Miami - PREOP Stats: 28 Years Old -127 Lbs - 5'4" - No Children

Personally, I had a great experience with Dr. Zach.
Bedside Manner:
He was involved with my procedure the entire time, from my virtual consult to my post-op appointments. Throughout the process, I met with him 6 times (including my virtual consult/follow up and the day of surgery). I've heard a lot of girls say they only met with their surgeon 2 times throughout their journey. Dr. Zach was always ready to answer my questions (I had lots!) and seemed happy to do so. I never felt rushed or like he wanted to move on to the next patient. We shared lots of laughs, he's very down to earth and personable.
Results:
I'm very happy with my results. I requested a sculpted natural figure with partially filled hip dips and slightly more projection in my booty. That is what I received. I chose Dr. Zach for his natural results (which he ACTIVELY talks about on his IG). If you're looking for video vixen projection with dramatic results, you may want to look elsewhere for a surgeon. My main desire was to improve my shape but not feel self-conscious about looking like I had "work done". I feel like he delivered that.
Staff:
I absolutely love his medical assistant, Barbie. She was a life saver when it came to post-op questions regarding dressings, post-op pain, the random "IS THIS NORMAL?" at 2 am, and making me feel like I wasn't a huge pain in the ass. My recovery would have been much less bearable without her.
I will say his admin staff can be difficult to get ahold of but I do think they are trying their best. It's a new, small practice that seems to be blowing up on IG. I'm sure it's hard to follow up with everyone that is calling/DM'ing/emailing/submitting inquiry forms. My suggestion is to follow up with them frequently if they are not calling you back. I called 5 times to schedule my surgery LOL.
Overall:
I would definitely go back to Dr. Zach/PH1 Miami for surgery again but luckily I'm a 1 and done! No more surgery required, I got my desired results the first time. Natural but BOMB AF. I've gotten so many compliments from people who know I had surgery, and SO MANY comments about how great my ass/body looks from people who DON'T know about my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Zach to anyone looking for the athletic BBL/ natural aesthetic.
