Brazilian Butt Lift, Arms and Bodytite with the Amazing Dr Earle

My experience with Dr. Alexander Earle and his practice, Pure Plastic Surgery has been incredible. From the moment I reached out to Pure Plastic Surgery inquiring about having liposuction 360 and a fat transfer (Most commonly known as the Brazilian Butt Lift) the team has showed the up most professionalism in explaining everything from the procedure to the what to expect as far as postop. Due to the pandemic, my consult was done virtually directly with a coordinator who was assigned to me and she was my point of contact before my pre-op appointment. Any question or concern I had was quickly answered by her, I am so thankful for that. I would advise if you are looking into doing any type of cosmetic procedure that you do your research, I watched every single You Tube video on his channel, every IGTV and every Instagram Live. After seeing his work and doing my research I booked my surgery with Dr. Earle.
Along with booking my surgery I was also able to schedule all the post-op massages with my coordinator. These massages are extremely important and their in-house massage specialist Coraito and her team do get rather booked so I suggest booking this with your coordinator as soon as you book your surgery.
The date of my pre-op (August 12, 2020) I was able to meet the “GOAT” himself, the amazing Dr. Earle. He spent his time explaining the specifics of the surgery and no question I had was left unanswered. He spent his time listening to my expectations of what I wanted, and looking at all the pictures I brought as guidance of what I wanted. Dr Earle made me feel extremely comfortable, I actually was extremely nervous but after my preop I knew then I was in the hands of a complete expert! I left his practice overwhelmed with excitement. Dr Earle and his team are incredible.
As I mentioned before I consulted for Lipo 360 and Fat Transfer (BBL) and at my pre-op I decided to add liposuction to my arms, High- Definition Lipo, along with Bodytite laser to my arms and abdominal area. I decided to add the Bodytite because my skin laxity is not the best and I wanted the best result.
The day of my surgery:
I was definitely little nervous but the team at Pure Plastic Surgery really made me feel comfortable and excited. Raquel, the anesthesiologist at Pure Plastic Surgery, met with me before the surgery and answered any questions I had in regards to anesthesia. She was incredible at making me feel comfortable with something I was so scared of. Dr Earle and Raquel walked me to the operating room and next thing I know I was waking up from surgery. I was a bit groggy, but in absolutely no pain. The recovery for liposuction is unlike any cosmetic procedure. I did have a drain but get ready for it to be a little messy which is completely normal. I did leak a bit and I had to be emptying out my drain every couple of hours. My first preop appointment was the following day. Here during my preop, I had my first massage with Coraito and immediately following I was examined by Dr. Earle. Again, any question or concern I had was answered, his bedside manners are incredible. He truly cares about his patients and always makes sure you understand everything about the process of your recovery of your surgery.
Being in the industry of beauty and fashion, I work with many models and I have seen bad cosmetic work and great cosmetic work but the work I had done with Dr. Earle is nothing short of exceptional. From the minimal scaring to the complete symmetry he created, I’m happy to say I absolutely am in love with my results. I am so delighted to have found such an amazing practice. I truly recommend him to anyone that is looking to get any type of cosmetic procedure done. From the safety guidelines he enforces at Pure Plastic Surgery, to the fantastic team he has, I refer Dr. Earle with my eyes closed.
I have included pictures of the entire process, I currently am at the 5 week mark and due to the fat transfer I am not yet allowed to sit. Dr. Earle recommends to not apply any pressure to your glutes after the fat graft for a full 6 weeks.
