BBL after TT - my consultation went extremely well
ORIGINAL POST
BBL after TT
WORTH IT
So it's been a while everyone but I'm writing a new review. I've select my MD for my BBL. Looking for some fine tuning. Safety is a major issue for me in light of all the risk of this particular procedure. Now is not the time to cut cost. I've done a lot of research and have decided that I can only work with a board certified PS who has advanced experience. I've decided to go with Dr. Thomas S. Liu. My consultation went externally well. He is very thorough. I believe I will not only get a great result but he is well trained and implemented additional safety measures.

I went to a pre op appointment yesterday. I’m still feeling really good about my MD. He took photos and went over all the risks of the procedure. The fear of death is a real thing and I know this surgery is extremely serious and it does not come without risk. Dr. Liu assured me that he takes all measures to ensure my safety. The surgery center is top notch, the anesthesiologist is an MD. He does NOT injection into the muscle and uses a blunt cánula that oscillates AND uses ultrasound technology. He is by no means cheap, in fact he is the most expensive estimate I received. He is board certified and takes his time explaining and answering my questions. He is the only one doing my surgery, no one takes over for him. He has had zero fatalities. He categorizes me as healthy and this is more of a sculpting procedure and I don’t have a ton of fat to work with. One of my concerns is that at my first visit I mentioned the little underarm bulge I had. He said no problem we could take care of that. Then on the treatment plan it wasn’t listed. I asked about it and they told me it was a separate procedure but after the care person talked to Dr. He agreed to do it as part of my surgery. Fast forward to yesterday, he looked at my underarm and said it’s possible he won’t be able to remove the bulge because it might be more breast tissue. He will still do the auxiliary area but it might not address my concern. So now I’m conflicted. I don’t want it to be worse. I need to send him a message. The last thing I want is to create another problem. Already the extra fat he will remove from my flanks, might cause some skin to drop that he can correct with a dog ear removal. I’ll let you know how he responds.
I feel like he is upfront with expectations but I don’t want to get so many corrections. As for the booty, he will add a little projection and balance out my gums and sculpt the lower back. I will take some before pics as it gets closer.

Everyone, I am excited and nervous. Dr. Liu’s staff have made sure I got all my answers. Everyone is super friendly and reassuring. I just started taking Heal Fast pre-op vitamins. Dr. Liu approved but I got the idea from another Dr. On YouTube. Today I’m going to try and fill my bbl bean bag. Which btw, it’s super difficult. I also have a zero gravity chair but it’s so cool I hate to destroy it by cutting out the bottom. I bought extra pillows, and lots of odds and ends.I ordered 1 faja but I really think I need a second one. My husband is ready to take care of me. I’ve booked 4 massages that will start on day 4 post-op. I want to get at least ten. I’m also trying to drink a ton of water and continuing to use my treadmill to walk. I’m about 135lbs. (I’m 5 feet tall) 44 years old. This will be a skinny bbl, my MD thinks he can place about 250cc in butt and hips. I’m going to take some pics so you can see before status.
