So I got a BBL 12/19/19
And right away I noticed that there was no projection. I was very disappointed because I purposely gained 10 lbs to harvest more fat for the procedure. The fat grafted to my hips looked great, I had an hour glass shaped (black dress photo ) but after maybe a month or two my hips flattened so did my butt.
I went to my doctor 10/02/20
My abdominal and back skin is loose ;( Unfortunately the doctor did not have the laser device ( Vaser? J plasma) Whats very unsatisfactory about this doctor is that when I went for my follow up I asked for advice on what I could do to tighten my skin and he never answered my question, he actually never really answered any of the questions that I asked. My abdominal area has a lot of hardened area on the area where he "defined" my abs. He couldn't tell me why this was hard.
I had a bulgy area which to me looked like maybe fluid was trapped in there? He injected triamcilone which I believe is kenalog, and I have a dent there now! Ugh
I've also noticed a medium size dent on my right butt cheek which is very noticeable depending on the lighting. ;( ;(
I want butt sub muscular implants but I'm not sure how many cc's im thinking 360-400? Oval or round?

I love your results personnally, especially the waist to hips curve from the front I think it looks amazing. Got intra muscular butt implants and I love them, but I do wish I had sufficient fat to do a bbl too !! Best of luck with your surgery!

Hi thank you! And those hips with the black dress are gone! I put it up to show how flat my hips got with time. I loved them as well. ;(

I don’t think you need implants. Maybe you should find a better surgeon which most likely cost more than what you paid. I always have to tell myself cheaper is always cheap if that makes any sense. Good luck!!

I don't have enough fat for a BBL. and I refuse to gain 15 lbs, this is why I'm resorting to implant. Thank you;)

Have you decided on a doc for implants? I had a bbl in 2018 but lost weight and now my butt is gone. I want implants too!

Look at my new update these were taken right after surgery I got 385 cc Nagor eurosilicone I wanted 440cc but doctor stated higher health risks at that size.
