Plumping it up

It's been almost a year and I have a revision scheduled for July 9th. Not because I am not happy with my results, I am very happy, but because I have a dimple that I want fixed and he is going to do J Plasma also to help tighten the skin where he did Lipo for my grafting. Because I am "older" LOL my skin does not bounce back like it did and there is a little excess that the J Plasma will tighten up. Might as well get that done while I fill the dimple, right!!!! He is getting the fat from my thighs, which he did not touch before, so thinner thighs will be nice! Not looking forward to the recovery, but now that I know what to expect I am prepared! Wish me luck!

Week 5

Week 5 and it’s going great. Can’t say I’m not excited about sitting again! Lol. My appointment is next Thursday. However, I think you can tell when it’s ok to sit. If there’s a hard spot or it doesn’t feel right then it’s probably not.
I am wearing normal compression, not a surgical garment. I have two that I like from amazon (see pics). Also sleeping without compression. Still use an a lipo board to keep tummy flat and wrinkle free, from bending over and stuff.
I still have some swelling in lower abdomen and hips, but I know it can really take several months for all of that to finally settle. Going to get my first lymphatic massage after next week. My Dr. said to wait 6-8 weeks or it would be very uncomfortable.
Looking forward to the final outcome, especially since it’s my hips and lower abs that are still swollen! Can’t wait to see that definition! Here’s to Dr. Mancoll!

Three weeks!

So, I am doing great. All bruising is gone. I can start wearing lighter compression and take some breaks from it. Last night I slept without compression. Felt so good! I still have some hardness on my upper bum that has not yet softened and settled but I think my results are great. Won’t know for sure for a few more weeks. Go back to see him August 2nd. I know if I need any tweaking he will make it happen! He is amazing!
