38 year old mom ready to get the final curve - BBL

I am one week post opp of my BBL with lipo on my inner and outer thighs, flanks lower back and waist. I am 5 ft 8 and 140. I gained 10lbs for my BBL as I am pretty thin and worried about having enough fat to choose from.
This is my 1st time writing on here but my 3rd surgery with Dr. Kadz. He has also done a tummy tuck and breast implants for me. I travel 14 hours to see him as I trust his skills immensely.
I still have a lot of bruising and swelling but feel pretty good. I am not taking pain pills at this time.
My consultant was Oliva. She is a total doll. I loved all the staff. The anesthesiologist is very comforting and kind. His nurses are also very humble and caring.They make you feel very comfortable. My previous surgeries were done at the surgery center in the same building. Now He has his own surgery center called the luxe surgery center. It is in the same office. I didn't feel rushed to wake up or leave. Everything was so quick and easy. No waiting for surgery.
Dr. Kadz was truly interested in giving me the results I wanted. He even provided two area's free of charge!
We have been massaging arnica salve & gel 3 x a day to help with bruising. I do struggle with being anemic,so my bruising may be worse than other's. I also use sublingual doses of arnica as well.
I am including photos of things I found useful. I have large breast's ( thank you Dr Kadz) so I purchased a breast pillow for all the tummy time I have. It is amazing! Before I never laid on my stomach. With this pillow I am able to lay very comfortably.
I have a love/hate relationship with the BBL Pillow. I have very bruised legs, so supporting your weight on them hurts. It is horribly uncomfortable. My feet fall asleep every time I have used it. I only use it for short periods of time- basically when I have a BM.
I researched the best woman's urinal product. I love the Pstyle. It is made of hard plastic so no chance of leaking.I purchased the case and put it in there with sanitizing wipes.Very helpful with the long drive home.
Speaking of long drive. I was very comfortable with a backseat air mattress. I bought the baby shades for the windows of our car as well as these contour eye masks. I slept most of the trip.
I will post my before photos here since I haven't posted before.

It's been two weeks since my lipo and BBL. My back gets sore alot. Most of my swelling is back there. Overall things are looking pretty good. My bruising has faded alot. I am trying to drink a ton a water to flush everything out.
Mentally I am over it. I want to drive again, sit again and get my body suit off. I am sure everyone feels this way at two weeks.
My skin is peeling like crazy. Almost like when you have had a sunburn. I imagine this is from all the previous swelling. Anyone else have that happen? It is the most noticeable when I use the welada arnica oil.

I guess I got sidetracked with life and didn't post my 3 week picture. I will include that with my 8 week photo.
I am 8 weeks post lipo and BBL. I no longer wear my binder. I still swell occasionally in my back area.
As you can see from the photo's I still have bruising from my lipo. I used arnica constantly for the 1st 4 weeks.
I feel great!
I did not lose a single pound from lipo. I guess every last bit went into my tush. LOL. I didn't want a huge butt, just some shape to my backside. All my jeans still fit, just different. I kinda thought I would change sizes so this surprised me.
My scars seem to be healing well too.
Dr Kadz did a great job as always.
