I also forgot to mention that part of my 3 star review was because the day of my surgery I was scheduled at 7am. Naturally I didn't want to be late, so I was dropped off at 6:45am. I noticed a girl standing outside in her robe and thought that was weird. When I went up to the door it was locked. We stood outside waiting for someone to open, but doors weren't unlocked till about 7:03am. Mind you it was still nighttime so there we were, just two girls in robes standing on the street in the dark and I couldn't help but think "damn, at least it stopped raining." I feel like if they are going to schedule you at that time they should let people know that the doors actually wont be unlocked until 7am-ish, or maybe unlock the doors 10 min early so you have a safe place to wait. The whole thing just gave bad vibes on whether or not they even cared about us.

Just My Honest Review
I did a lipo 360 bbl with ab-etching with Dr. Salama in March. In hindsight looking at these reviews I feel like a lot of people really are doing a disservice by giving reviews just a few days/weeks/hours after their surgery. The reason being is that you really don’t know what your final result is going to be at that point, and that soon after surgery is when your results are the most dramatic because of the swelling.
Looking back on these reviews I feel like my experience at Dr Salamas was different. I see a lot of reviews saying the staff was “very friendly,” but I definitely didn’t feel that way. Not saying that the staff was rude, but to describe them as friendly would be just as much of a stretch. Of all the people I’ve come in contact with, all the conversations were super transactional, except for Waly. The only person who even introduced herself with her name was Monica. Everyone else just kind of talks to you like it’s straight to business. Of all the time I was there, I never saw the front desk girls even crack a smile. Again, not saying people were rude, but “friendly” is a just really a stretch.
I initially felt like the place was pretty clean. It smells good in there for sure, but at one point I did notice there was some fluid stains on a chair, and I couldn’t help but feel a little grossed out wondering if this was someone's drains that leaked. I was there for 2 weeks, and on my last day there I noticed the stains were still there, so I realized they don’t clean or disinfect as often as one would think.
As far as the surgery, I felt like everything went okay. You only see Dr. Salama when he’s marking you up. When I woke up it seemed like I was being rushed out the door but I was seeing doubles and couldn't stand straight. I asked for a wheelchair to the car. They told me the day before that they would call my pick up person 1-2 hours in advance to pick me up. They didn't. They called him 30 minutes before and when he wasn’t there in 30 minutes they began calling asking where he was.
I purchased 10 massages in addition to the 2 free included. Waly and Joanna are really the angels of this place. They are the only two people who speak to you like a person and answer all your questions. Appointment times for massages never start on time or anywhere near it. There were times I had to be left in the room laying on the table mid massage while the massage therapist had to leave to start on someone in another room. I don’t mind waiting if there are girls who are having complications, but when they are running room to room because of scheduling issues it makes it hard to know how many hours you will be there in order to schedule transportation.
Once I flew back home that was basically it. It’s just you and google from there on. I’ve emailed, called, left a message with the front desk regarding a few after care questions and nobody would get back to me. I realized once you're out the door that’s it. I think they ignore you so that you have to just figure it out on your own without wasting their time. I was wearing my ab board wrong because nobody showed me how to wear it. I was wearing the sides of it over my foams, & I found out it’s supposed to be under.
Overall, I think my results are okay. The ab etching looks like a waste so far even though I did 10 massages with Dr Salama's office and another 10 at home. As far as the bbl I think it came out alright. Mind you, I wasn’t really interested in the bbl aspect, I wanted more of a flat stomach with hip augmentation but they told me they don’t do that and would have to do a bbl. When I got out of surgery I saw my hips were filled in above my hip dips which made me worried. I had more of the “tooth” shaped results rather than hourglass. As the swelling is going down I’m noticing my hip dips coming a little more and more, but so far it’s still better than when I went in, therefore I'm happy with it. I’m just not sure if these results are something other girls would necessarily be happy with, but I’m the type that any improvement is good enough. I’ll have a better idea at the 3 month mark what I will look like. My boyfriend's mom wants to do lipo and was asking if she should go to my doctor (she hasn’t seen my results, just knows that I did lipo) but because of the service experience I had in the weeks I spent there, I don't think I would confidently recommend this place.

Thanks for your honest feedback. That's disappointing to know that you have little too aftercare. I'm scheduled with him for May 31st.
Thanks for the honestly fr. Definitely agree w/ you on early reviews. Can I see results though? If not totally fine.
Ill post my results in a few weeks!
Update?
