Set back... but I'm back!
So I had to push my surgery date once again! I got depressed about the weight not leaving quick enough and started binge eating... MOST STUPID MOVE EVER!!!! I went from 225lbs to 260lbs. All I had to do was lose 25lbs and I somehow gained 35 MORE! But I have rescheduled my surgery to May 2nd and I'm 35lbs down. I have 3 weeks to get rid of 25 lbs and I'm determined!!!
Doctor change!!!
Well it looks like I won't be able to see Dr Alvarez until Feb 23 2018!! That's the day I rescheduled myself for. My BMI is still too high to have surgery with him. I don't want to starve myself any longer lol. However, I found a good doctor In Houston that does Vaser Lipo. Dr. Raul Rodriguez. I don't have to worry about my BMI at this point for this surgery because it's Vader Lipo. I will still be awake. (I know because I had SmartLipo March 2014. I ended up having a baby after that ????) I will continue to workout and eat good since I did lose 22lbs in the last 4 weeks. My goal is to lose 20 more. I have 4 weeks until this surgery date on June 9th. I will let you guys know how it goes....
10 days away-Water Diet
Okay so let me just say 1st THIS IS NOT HEALTHY!! But works! Water for a week!! Nothing but water!! It's ok to have a cup of tea when u want. I was researching the Broth Diet and came across the Water Diet. 20lbs in a week!! That's exactly how much I need to lose. I started today so let's see how this goes...
