2 weeks post opp
WORTH IT$8,800
So I'm a little over 2 weeks post opp. The nurse and massage staff where great. Johanna was my favorite, very attentive and thorough with my massage. I was recommended at least 10 massages. I recieved 4 while I was in the Hollywood/Miami area with Elite and getting them definitely makes a huge difference. For me this was a realitivly easy procedure. Went to sleep. Woke up and it was done. I was cold after waking up from anesthesia, this is normal but probably one of my least favorite parts. The staff brought me cold water and apple juice when I woke up, had a heating blanket, a heating pad and something blowing warm air on me when I woke up. I was a bit nauseous when I woke up, but the dr had already prescribed medication for that so I was set. I was also prescribed 40 percoset initially that lasted me the 10 days I was in the area. Unfortunately this is one of the downsides to theese surgeries is the Dr's aren't allowed to prescribe you as much as you actually need thanks to pill heads and junkies abusing the system. Most in Miami only give you 3 days worth of pain meds so I was happy that Salama gave at least 2 weeks worth. You will definitely need them in the beginning. I'm exactly 19 days post opp and I can honestly say I wish I had more. Like just 2 a day to take the edge off. I'm still stiff and sore and I'm still getting lymphatic massages, I absolutely hate the u.s. medical system on this note. But oh if I have "anxiety" I can get Xanax no problem -_-I've heard that girls use edibles to help but that's not something that works for me so I'm just going to have to tough it out I guess. The pain isn't that bad, I'm just impatient and don't feel like I should have to be in any pain in a 1st world country like this. I've attached some photos of my progress. The massages do work. Plan and budget for them I've spent an extra grand on them so far. They are key to your recovery. Don't sleep on them.
The nurse staff emailed me after I drove home asking how my trip was and how I was feeling, a nice gesture. I didn't really have any complications, early scar tissue tried to form but the dr ordered ultrasound and Calvitation to my massages so that took care of it real quick. Now my mid section is nice and soft. They give you 2 fajas but my butt is so big compared to my waist that I'll need a custom, luckily one of the girls at the med spa im going to for my massages makes them and I should have it by Monday. I'm following my post opp instructions to a T. I want premium results and so far I'm healing well and ahead of schedule. My butt is already dropping and taking shape. My back and waist are slimming down by the say. I keep my faja on all the time day and night. I take it off to go #2 and then I wash it and wash myself in the shower. I'm going quite regularly every other day so everything is nice and clean. The only time the faja is off is when its in the wash. I was told compression is key. So I wear it as often as possible. I'll post again when there is significant change to my body. Oh and I had too much fat and the dr couldn't get to my arm lipo so I have to go back for that at a later date. But dr put in the max of 4000ccs in my butt. So yay.

So I'm actually super mad at myself that I sat on the idea of booking this surgery for so long. Because then the pandemic hit and im not able to meet the Dr. till the day of the surgery, not even via Skype. It's not a deal killer. But it's super irritating to say the least. Additionally Your EKG & Labs all have to be done via your primary, the last time I had a surgery all of this was done in house. Again, minor set back...irritating, but not a deal killer. I placed an $800 deposit to lock down my date. January 11th my total surgery cost was $8,800. I however caught a deal and the normal price would have been $1000 more. Take note that as doctors increase in popularity it's not uncommon for their price to increase. But this is how much I paid. I've just had my EKG done and my labs ordered. This office prefers that you have your labs done asap and accept lab results up to 90 day before your surgery date. This is so that they can see of you need to up your vitamin C or Iron ect. I've opted to have my surgery documented and filmed. I feel it's important to do so, for the growth of science and so that others can see what its like. Now I already have a huge butt naturally. A solid 50" round. But I have what's called hip dips. And my butt is heavy from muscle mass so it doesn't juggle. For theese reasons I have asked Salama to focus on the hip dips and increase the roundness and projection. I'm going for B-I-G anime/henti look. I have 0 interest in looking "natural" Additionally i am having my chin, arms and inner theighs lipoed as well for the best results in symmetry. I did not opt for the J-plasma because my skin is pretty tight and has good elasticity. However if you have saggy skin or aren't sure i recommended asking about the J-plasma. My goal is to come out having more curves then Jessica Rabbit. Despite my large rear my waist /frame is actually very small so I believe that I can get the results im looking for in terms of contrast.
I will update here with photos once I've had the surgery.

Love to see pictures beforehand as it helps your review and others researching. Isn't it nerve wrecking not having a pre-op earlier and meeting your PS? Thanks for sharing your journey with us on RS!
I plan to add my official before and after results once I've actually had the surgery to leave an accurate review.
I don't understand how the Dr can't even Skype with you, that's crazy! I feel that your paying them so they should make the time for you. When I had my BL/BA I did my labs through my primary and thought it was normal? But I'm not complaining as my insurance covered it through my PCP office. Was surgery today or just your balance due? I truly don't understand the big butt thing everyone is going for. I just think when I'm 60 would I like this unnatural look etc. But I think everyone should go for what makes them happy. Good luck.
Surgery was Monday 1/11 so far so good. Still bruised and swollen but this takes time and is to be expected. The lymphatic massages have really helped. I bought extra for while I'm here. Dr. Was precise and to the point. Honest about what to expect and so far I've had a rather pleasant interaction with the staff.
