Thank you! Yeah worst pain of my life. Try to walk every two hours for 10-15 mins , it will speed up your recovery IMMENSELY

And thank you! It was tough but honestly you will feel uncomfortable and weird without it. When I was out of it to shower my body felt weird like It wanted to be back in the faja for the compression. I wore a small one during the day and I wore a medium one to sleep in so it would be more comfortable. Make sure to wear your ab board!

What about the faja for your arms? I find that one to be more uncomfortable. Did you wear it for that long? And how long did it take for your butt to feel soft again? Girl let me tell you i was scrolling through real self right before my surgery and found your review and you gave me so much motivation!

Thank you! Ugh I’m still having problems with the whole arm faja thing. It’s super uncomfortable but honestly you just have to wear it. I didn’t wear my arm fajas that much because it was so hot in the summer and now I’m annoyed that my arms seem to be swollen again. I’m going to start wearing my arm fajas again and hopefully that will help. So if I was you just wear it 24/7 and don’t stop like I did

How long after the BBL you were able to seat and sleep on your back and sides??

I waited 7 weeks!!! I even ubered on my stomach haha. Definitely wait as long as u can. Getting a good pillow that supports your neck will help you become a belly sleeper.
