no kids - 170lbs - 5'3 - 6/10/17

I am pretty happy with my results. I just got back home last night. I stayed in Miami for 7 nights, it was a 2 hour and 45 minute flight home. I sat most of the time, got up a few times for circulation.

*** pre op *** I did not meet with the doctor at all.

I met him the day of my surgery. He was nice, didn't speak much English though. He told me that I had a lot of visceral fat which couldn't be treated with lipo, but he'd get all the fat under the skin.


I have a naturally small waist but he snatched it even more.

The first three days are excruciating, I wanted to die.

I'm feeling some soreness in my glutes and flanks today.

I took a nap without my lipo foams and just a garment when I got home last night absolutely started swelling like crazy.... so won't be doing that again.
