I need your help.
I am sad.
The doctor did a new surgery on my nose.
But I was very unsure..
Now I'm having a problem with the function of the nose.
I don't breathe very well.
And unable to withdrawal of the wire.
I'm afraid. I'm afraid to ignite.
Fear of not breathing as it was before the last Rhinoplasty.
It appeared in my nose nasal dorsal? what is it?
The doctor performed an incision and scraping. I think you damaged the valve inside the nose. I'm correct?
Why don't breathe as before is in relation to that in my nasal dorsal?

I had my third revision (4th rhinoplasty)...
I had my third revision (4th rhinoplasty) rhinoplasty on 24/09/2014. My before revision nose was scooped, with a ski slope bridge. I went to see 3 doctors before I chose mine: Volney Pintongo,, ishida and ronche. I decided to have surgery with doctor Alan Landecker from são paulo, with rib cartilage.

Your results look great and I'm glad you are happy! Thank you so much for sharing. Did you stay in the hospital overnight after your surgery or did you go home that same day?
