Having Dr. Goodkind perform my surgery is...

Having Dr. Goodkind perform my surgery is undoubtedly the biggest regret of my life thus far. I am so completely unhappy with my results even over a year after he performed TWO procedures on me. I saw basically no difference in my gynecomastia, only now I have unsightly scarring. This guy has pretty much ruined my life and took away my hope of feeling comfortable and happy. He was also really rude and even aggressive when I politely asked why the results were so bad. That interaction made me really uncomfortable. Even during my consultation he awkwardly grabbed/rubbed my hip a couple of times (it was totally weird). I don't think I've ever dealt with someone so unprofessional before. I feel bad for his staff, who were really nice. Make sure you do your research before choosing a surgeon. I certainly wish I had never met Dr. Goodkind.

I'll start off by saying that I'm not usually one...

I'll start off by saying that I'm not usually one to complain, this is in fact the first negative review I've ever written. After years of self-consciousness I finally saved enough money to have a male breast reduction. I went to Dr. Goodkind at Fuzion in March of 2015 and he said that it is a simple procedure that usually leads to great results. He recommended smart lipo and I voiced my initial concerns that it wouldn't work for the harder glandular tissue underneath. He said the smartlipo would take care of that no problem, so I agreed. After that surgery it was extremely obvious that it didn't work on the glandular tissue. It only left me with 4 unsightly lipo scars that I later found out most doctors hide in the armpit area. I returned and the Dr. said the results were great and I had to basically beg him to do a glandular excision. So 3 months later in July he finally agreed to do the glandular excision. During the procedure an assistant came in and told the Dr. one of his other appointments was waiting so he seemed to rush through the remainder. I was a bit nervous when he showed me what he took out because the chunk from the left side was 4 times the size of the one from the right. To my horror, after the procedure I again realized that there was still quite a lot of glandular tissue beneath, and the size of the breasts are completely uneven now. I voiced my concerns and the Dr. agreed that they were uneven but said he couldn't do anything for another 2 months. So after 2 months I had an appointment that was rescheduled not once, but twice at the last minute and when I got there I was made to wait for 45 minutes. I finally saw Dr. Goodkind and he seemed frazzled and barely glanced at my chest and said it was perfectly normal (which it obviously isn't, even he admitted so 2 months ago) and he went on to say that he wouldn't do the procedure in office, I would need to go to the OR which is incredibly expensive, and he would charge me full price to correct it. He then said, and I quote "I'm having a stressful day I can't deal with this today" I was blown out of the office and the receptionist called and told me to come back Monday 9/21 when the Dr. had more time. So I had to take yet another day off of work to accommodate the cranky Doctor. I went in today (9/21) and the Dr. was a bit more calm but he said he wouldn't fix it for free and he wouldn't do anything for another year. I understand there's a good reason to wait between procedures but he had previously said 3 months would be long enough. Dr. Goodkind flat out lied to my face on many occasions. Not only did I waste the $4,000 that it took me years to save, I also wasted 6 months of my life being lied to and disrespected. I have never been more disappointed in my life, and I'm writing this review to save others from being lied to and taken advantage of by Dr. Goodkind.
