Thought it would be helpful to post updated pics. I did pixelate the background a bit since the best mirror in the room isn’t in mine. Hopefully these help everyone see the transformation and new contours especially around my waist/hip area. My next check up is in 6 months where we will determine if the touch up will be required.

6 months and no regrets!

Aja26
I feel terrible for not posting updates. It’s been almost 6 months since surgery. I’ve been very happy with the results and enjoying my new, contoured shape. I still workout often and it’s so nice to be able to see evidence of this in my core area now. I do get a lot of comments from people who just think I’ve lost a lot of weight so I usually go along with it. I do have a little dimple in my lower abdominal area but the doctor wants me to wait a full year before he considers fixing it because of the huge improvement since my last appointment. He mentioned it could be done quickly using local anaesthetic - like a spot treatment. He tells me everytime I’m in for a check up that he wants me to be completely happy with my results and will do what it takes to get me there which is reassuring. I have a few friends who had the procedure with different surgeons and felt the doctors did not care once the surgery was complete -but that’s not the case with mine. He’s a true professional. Im looking forward to my first beach vacation coming up next week - for the first time I feel great in a bikini. I’m so happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Sleightholm .

4 weeks!

Aja26
It will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I wish I could say time flies but the garment prevents me from saying that. Only two more weeks of mandatory full time garment wear - hooray!!!
I started back to my old workout routine this week - even added some abs! It feels good. I have no pain at all, I feel back to normal other than the garment. As much as I complain about it, I like that it makes me feel "tighter" but it'd be nice to take it off and wear it half the time.
My body is still changing. Just when I think I'm seeing my full results the swelling comes down a little more. I do have a little dent in my lower ab area but I'm not too worried about it. I had one a few weeks ago that is completely gone now - or moved. Overall, I'm really happy!! I just wish I did it a long time ago. I feel confident and knowing that my body shows my efforts I've lost some weight just because I feel motivated...ok and maybe because I'm a little afraid it will come back.
I won't see my doctor until mid-July so maybe that will be my next checkpoint.

How are you doing now? Are you happy with the overall results?

Did you ever get any lymphatic massages? Was your skin hard at all? Were you itchy? lol I know I have so manys question but I'm super curious.

I’m sorry for taking so long to comment. I wrote an update . I’m happy with the results. Still getting used to going from boxy to having contour between my torso and hips but I’m not complaining. I suspect I will need a minor touch up but won’t know for sure until my next check up. My skin was hard for 6 weeks and the garment gets itchy even though I had a few different ones. I didn’t get massages but for the first 6 weeks I tried to give myself a good massage after watching some you tube vids.
