I had quite a bit of lost volume after weight loss...
I had quite a bit of lost volume after weight loss and some sagging but didn't want a lift my first time around. My results are natural and the implant did give me a little lift and restored the lost volume. I am 5'4, 145 lbs and no children. Was 34D prior to surgery and 3 months post op I am 34G/36DDD. I got 560cc silicone implants.
