I had my oldest when I was 15, the stretch marks and stretched muscle was pretty bad. Then at 21 I had my second wonderful baby and he was BIG so even more stretching and pulling! I'm an exotic dancer (it payed my through college and then became my passion so now it's my full time job :D) so the saggy skin isn't ideal. After saving and planning I got a full tummy tuck from a surgeon who described his approach as "very aggressive", he was not lying and I am so happy that he uses that approach. I'm two weeks out with moderate to minor pain only in my back (never had any pain anywhere else, he also uses a pain pump) and I'm just a smidge from standing totally upright (military style). I am beyond pleased and would recommend this procedure 100%. I had my moments of "why did I do this" but that moment was quickly forgotten when put on a low cut pair of panties and stood in front the mirror (hunched and all) and for the first time since 15 I could look down and all I saw was my feet! It was an emotional and wonderful moment to realize my expectations were exceeded. I've always loved my body but now I love it even more.
