Gained 10lbs from being so sedentary and lazy. Started working out today and felt great. Could not do any chest exercises or engage my core at all! I caught a nasty cold and have been coughing violently for a week now, I'm pretty sure I stretched out my muscle repair because there is a bulge above my belly button that wasn't there before. See my dr on Friday so he can confirm if I damaged anything. Right implant still high which makes wearing low cut shirts look ridiculous. Still using blue silicone tape for scars during the week and massaging with Egyptian magic creme on the weekends. Slowly feeling more energized and feeling more confident about my results, just not 100%.

The good, the bad, and the ugly
The GOOD: sleeping in bed, having sex, walking better, standing a little straighter, breast incisions are looking good, full sensation back in right nipple, open wound under left breast has closed and stopped leaking, feeling is coming back to tummy skin.
The BAD: always exhausted, still swollen, depressed because I can't workout, getting fatter and flabbier, severe abdominal muscle contractions every morning that feel like my muscles are ripping apart, abs constantly tender and sore.
The UGLY: right implant still sitting up high, breasts still lopsided, new bikini bottoms do not cover my fucked up incision, still have flaps of loose skin, new stretch marks on tummy, square unnatural looking belly bottom.
Still not happy.

with be whole piece, it looks great! your tummy is flat! Give it time for he swelling to go down. I hear it takes sometimes a whole year! And I’ve read where people had to do a revision to make one implant drop into the pocket. Talk I your surgeon! But I do think it’s still early!! Now I don’t know why your surgeon did a crooked incision., I’d pissed too! That’s one thing I will be discussing at pre op with my surgeon! Overall I think it looks great!!! to
