Worst Service

If I could I wouldn’t give this office one star, I went there on September 21 for forehead botox. Usually I make an appointment with jennet but she was busy on that day. Usually I go with 20 units and I get the best results. Dora recommended 40 units and I paid $370 to get a better result. But unfortunately it was the worst experience I had with them I didn’t even get the results I was expecting and told by them. I called to schedule another retouch appointment, they put me on schedule but I couldn’t make it on that day . I thought I was exaggerating and I have to wait few more days maybe I will see the difference. Still the same like I’ve never done botox, I called the office the lady who answered the phone didn’t even let me talk and kept telling me that I have to pay $11 per units for the new appointment. All they do in this office is fooling people. Very rude and unprofessional stuff. Be carful they seems very nice at the beginning but once you pay they become the worst people you could deal with.

I will never recommend this place to anyone.
