Wonderful Doctor, Poor Communication

Super kind and skilled doctor. My botox always looked incredible. Does not have an office manager or receptionist so keep in mind you are dealing with scheduling directly with the doctor. Was very disappointed with how she handled a scheduling snafu and miscommunication which basing off her subsequent actions, she seemed to have taken personally. This lead to her writing an email stating that it would be in my best interest to see another doctor for reasons that were oddly inaccurate, fabricated and false. I would advise that you do not get into any scheduling conflicts as you will risk being unexpectedly dismissed as a patient. Have had such a positive experience with her for over two years so this chain of events was super confusing, a bit unsettling and left me concerned for her communication skills as a physician.
