A Terrible Experience
I paid $5,000 for Botox and filler and ended up looking worse than when I walked in.
After waiting over 90 minutes, the doctor spent about five minutes with me total—including performing the injections—and did not take any time to evaluate my facial structure or musculature.
The Botox failed completely in the intended areas and instead left my face uneven and distorted. When I raise my eyebrows, my expression looks bizarre and exaggerated. My smile lines are also more pronounced than before.
The Botox injected into my jaw caused significant pain, left me bruised for weeks, and I still have difficulty chewing. The filler placed along my jawline made it look heavier and sagging rather than defined.
It took several attempts to get a follow-up call scheduled, but the tone during that conversation was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told that of the $5,000 I paid, only $1,000 was attributed to Botox—and that they would only consider refunding a portion of that amount. I still have not received any refund in any amount.
At any price, the lack of care, attention, and professionalism at a cosmetic medical practice is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
