Let me start off by saying that I am 25 years old, currently living in the Cottonwood Heights area, and I NEVER write reviews. However, I believe that great work deserves great recognition. I recently visited Form Medical Spa, located in the Old Mill office park, and had an amazing experience. My first thoughts from walking into the Form Medical Spa office was that Dr. Wards new location was extremely clean, well designed, and the beautiful decor gave it a warm modern feeling. The receptionist at the front desk offered me a friendly greeting immediately upon entry, which far too many places seem to neglect these days, and I was quickly rushed back for my appointment with Katie Larsen. Katie was amazing! She greeted me warmly making feel extremely at ease and proceeded to walk me through the injectible process offering advice, concerns, and guidance in a knowledgable professional manner. We decided on doing a little bit of botox, to get rid of the pesky wrinkles on my forehead ( I don't have many but I would prefer to prevent them rather then try and reverse them), and filler (I know it sounds scary) along my cheek bones to give me a more contoured lifted appearance. I was worried about the filler but Katie and the rest of the Form Medical spa were able to put me at ease and let me tell you the result is INCREDIBLE. The frown lines near my nose were immediately lessened and my cheek bones appeared extremely natural and well defined. I was not numbed for either procedure, though they gave me the option to be, and felt little to no pain. I was able to do this on my lunch hour and return to my office with no bruising, redness, or discomfort. None of my colleagues could even tell! I also met with Marina Helm to go through their skin care line options. You wouldn't purchase a car and never wash it or change the oil right? So why pay for preventative work and not take care of your face. Consider a good facial regimen your insurance policy to gracefully aging skin. I ended up purchasing the entire Form Spa line for a great price but they also offer several other brands which I reviewed online prior to my visit and again with Marina. I know these procedures can be extremely pricy but the staff and Form Spa will help you choose options you can afford and they often have great promotions going on to lessen the financial blow. I will definitely be returning to Form Medical Spa, and I would recommend it to all of my friends and family!
