I’ve been getting Botox for years, at several med spas, and I didn’t know what I was missing until I walked into Aesthetics Hawaii.
From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel like ohana. The front desk remembered my name before I said it. Nurse Gloria checked in on me before Dr Yew came in, and every person I met was clearly working together.
Dr Yew is a true Botox expert, a physician who treats aesthetics as both precision and art. He spent time listening to what I wanted, then told me the truth. I came in asking for 3 treatments. He told me one of them wouldn’t give me results and wasn't worth the money and suggested something subtler that cost less. Who does that? An expert advocate. He gave me advice the way he’d advise his own family.
He explained every step, answered every question (and I had a lot). He wanted to know if I was nervous with needles and did breathing exercises with a Tibetan singing bowl to relax me.
The treatment itself was quick and nearly painless, with zero bruising. Two weeks later, my results are soft, natural, and still look like me, just rested and refreshed. And I paid less than I did at my old med spa for a nurse injector with far less experience. Botox from a physician turned out to be the better value.
The day after my appt I got a text checking on me. At my follow-up they asked what they could do better. You can tell this team is always learning and improving.
